The North West Regional Sensitization workshop was organized as part of the public and stakeholders’ Awareness and Sensitization arrangements of the BioEconomy Framework structured to bring together critical agribusiness stakeholders especially those in the cassava and Bio-fuel crops across the North West States of Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, and Zamfara and indeed the general public from the 6 State and discuss the implementation modalities of the Cassava Bioethanol Project Pilot and the validation and implementation of the Nigeria BioEconomy Framework.
The Northwest Regional Stakeholders Sensitization workshop was the 3rd region to be covered by the sensitization train of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget, and National Planning in the continuous efforts to create awareness and galvanized stakeholders for successful implementation of the Nigeria Bio-Economy Programme.
The sensitization workshop had participants from the Six (6) States of the
Northwest including the Academia, Private sector players, farmers, and relevant MDAs across the region including those of the Federal Government.
